Simplifying the complex
In a time of uncertainty, marked by intense political debate (during an election year), I worked on communicating the largest shift in over 80 years in how our customers are charged for using the grid.
I translated technical information into clear, accessible communication. The focus was on public education: helping people understand how shifts in the energy system impact their everyday lives, while building confidence during a period of change.
I worked across both strategy and production, developing messages and creating film, visual content and copy for web as well as social media. Always with the goal of making complex topics understandable, relevant and engaging for a broad audience. And all the while navigating a highly dynamic and politically sensitive landscape.
Building customer trust
I plan and execute communication projects that highlight the value of investments, infrastructure development and digital services. Making them visible, relevant and understandable for customers. By showcasing technical investments, I help acknowledge the ongoing work that create real value in everyday life for our customers.
The goal is to strengthen customer satisfaction, build trust and increase transparency. Clearly showing where and how investments are made, as well as how digital services and infrastructure improvements benefit our customers. Through a combination of strategic messaging and content production, I ensure that complex initiatives are shown in a way that is both accessible and meaningful.
Digital services
Campaign for a digital service where our customers can follow investment projects in their local grid. Formats include video ads, newsletter and web pushes.
Ads ran on Meta and TikTok and were made in 2 different versions (for A/B-testing). Audiences were targeted in 11 areas.
Local investment communication
Responsivity being key, I always ensure to create cross-channel friendly content (in most cases web and social media).
