These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the Links Manager(collectively, the "Application"). The Application is the property of Alla Zabielina(hereafter referred to as the “Developer”). BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION

Please, note, not all links can be open in app or in browser after saving, that is because of a variety of reasons: some web-sites are secured and using link from their website from other app is not allowed - the linked page having restricted access (such as by being behind a password or firewall), or the webpage no longer being online, the page's URL having changed, or this page is no longer.

Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Application.

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Developer.

Developer is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The LinksManager app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the LinksManager app won’t work properly or at all.

The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Developer cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Developer cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Developer cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Developer’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Developer accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Developer does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

DEVELOPER DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE APPLICATION OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE APPLICATION AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE APPLICATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. DEVELOPER CANNOT ENSURE THAT ANY FILES OR OTHER DATA YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE APPLICATION WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS AND CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND/OR ANY DEVELOPER SERVICES. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND ANY LINKED APPLICATIONS. YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST DEVELOPER FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APPLICATION OR ANY CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE APPLICATION OR ANY SUCH CONTENT. THIS LIMITATION OF RELIEF IS A PART OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

The above disclaimer applies to any damages, liability or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of action.

Developer reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Application, or any portion of the Application, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Application, or any portion of the Application, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Application, or any portion of the Application, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Developer be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms of Use, Developer is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Application or any Content, Developer’s liability shall in no event exceed the greater of (1) the total of any subscription or similar fees with respect to any service or feature of or on the Application paid in the six months prior to the date of the initial claim made against Developer , or (2) US$10.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
