This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the developer of Linkora Social (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the Linkora Social mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.
Linkora Social grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
This license does not grant you ownership of the App or any intellectual property contained within it.
Linkora Social is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
By using the App, you confirm that:
you are 18 years of age or older
you are legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction
If you are under 18, you must not use the App.
Users may create a profile that includes information such as:
nickname
avatar
interests
communication preferences
profile description
You agree that:
the information you provide is accurate and does not impersonate another person
you will not create misleading or fraudulent profiles
you are responsible for activity conducted through your profile
Linkora Social allows users to exchange messages and other content within private chats.
You retain ownership of the content you send, but you grant Linkora Social a limited license to process and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the service. Users are responsible for the content they send through the App.
You agree not to send or share content that is:
illegal or unlawful
abusive, threatening, or harassing
sexually explicit or exploitative
hateful or discriminatory
spam or unsolicited promotional material
harmful, malicious, or misleading
Linkora Social reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules.
Linkora Social includes tools to help users manage their experience, including the ability to:
block users
report conversations
report individual messages
report user profiles
mute or archive chats
We may review reports and take action when necessary, including restricting or removing accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to:
use the App for unlawful purposes
harass or abuse other users
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
distribute malware, automated scripts, or spam
scrape or collect user data without permission
impersonate another individual or entity
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Linkora Social Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how user data is collected, processed, and protected.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates this Agreement or engages in behavior that threatens the safety or integrity of the service.
Users may stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
the App will always be available
the App will be free from errors or interruptions
interactions between users will meet expectations
Users are responsible for their interactions with other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkora Social shall not be liable for:
damages arising from the use of the App
user interactions or communications
user-generated content
loss of data or service interruptions
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is between you and the developer of Linkora Social, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your use of the App must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
