Mid-Senior level posts received the most attention, receiving 620,305 views, while Associate positions received 279,626 views. The 160,261 views that entry-level positions have received suggest a notable but relatively low degree of interest. With 108,601 views, director positions show a comparatively senior or specialised nature. With 387,040 views in the "Not Specified" category, there appears to be a high degree of interest in offers that do not specifically state experience levels. The significance of customising job advertisements or applicant profiles to match the tastes and expectations of the intended audience at every experience level is highlighted by this data.
Employee Benefit Type Analysis
The distribution of employee benefits is graphically depicted in the area chart, where each benefit category is represented by a separate, color-coded area. Remarkably, "401(k)" dominates the chart with the highest count, making it the most common benefit. Following closely are Dental, Vision, and Medical insurance, indicating a significant focus on benefits related to healthcare. Notable areas that emphasize financial support and work-life balance are paid maternity leave, tuition assistance, and commuter benefits. Even though it's not as widespread, Student Loan Assistance shows that there is interest in this field. But the large and overwhelmingly large portion labeled "Not Specified" highlights how common it is for certain benefit elements to remain hidden, emphasizing the necessity for more transparent benefit offerings.
