United by a shared belief in the transformative power of dialogue, the members of Linha de Fala represent more than a team—they embody a global community of young leaders dedicated to building a more equitable and inclusive future.
At Linha de Fala, we believe that articles are more than words on a page—they are conversations capable of challenging stereotypes, amplifying unheard voices, and inspiring action.
Our content explores some of the most pressing issues surrounding gender inequality, from unequal access to education and economic opportunities to gender-based violence, media representation, political participation, and the everyday experiences of women and girls across different cultures. Every story seeks not only to expose problems, but to ask deeper questions and encourage meaningful dialogue.
Driven by rigorous research and shaped by diverse perspectives, our articles combine data with storytelling, transforming statistics into human experiences and global challenges into conversations that matter. Whether examining the gender pay gap, highlighting women leaders, or discussing cultural expectations and social norms, our mission remains the same: to make complex issues accessible and impossible to ignore.
With contributors from Brazil, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, India, and the Philippines, Linha de Fala embraces a truly international perspective. This diversity allows us to tell stories that transcend borders and reflect the realities of women around the world.
Because change begins with awareness, and awareness begins with a voice.
