AI Features & Third-Party Data Sharing
The Application includes artificial intelligence features powered by OpenAI, L.L.C. (“OpenAI”), a third-party service provider.
When you use AI-powered features in the Application, the following user-provided data may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing:
- Text you type in the app
- Text you dictate in the app
- Voice or audio recordings you create within the app for speaking or conversation practice
This data is sent only for the purpose of processing your request and generating AI-powered responses and feedback within the Application.
Purpose: This data is processed solely to generate AI-powered responses and improve your in-app experience.
Data retention: OpenAI processes this data per their Privacy Policy and API usage policies. As an API customer, we have opted out of data use for model training where available.
User consent: We obtain your explicit consent before transmitting any personal data to OpenAI. You may withdraw consent at any time in the app's Settings.

Third Party Access

You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
