Lingo Story ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Lingo Story mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
When using Lingo Story, we may collect:
App Usage & Learning Progress: Your interactions with the app, selected preferences, reading activity, saved vocabulary, and learning statistics to maintain your progress.
Device & Technical Data: Basic device characteristics (model, operating system, language settings) and anonymous diagnostic logs to keep the app working properly.
Subscription & Purchase Data: We do not collect or store payment details—purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We only process non-sensitive purchase receipts and entitlement status to grant access to premium features.

Sync your progress, saved vocabulary, and unlocked content across sessions.
Manage subscriptions and provide access to premium content.
Monitor app performance, fix bugs, and optimize app functionality.

Backend & Cloud Infrastructure: To securely store user accounts and app data.
Subscription Management: To verify purchases and grant Pro access.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with access to the App's services.
Local Data: You can clear local app data at any time through your device settings.

Lingo Story does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can promptly delete it.
