LingoGlow: Languages AI Tutor
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ESKIMO TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED, publishing as Eskimo Technologies Group ("Eskimo", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the mobile application LingoGlow: Languages AI Tutor (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is owned and operated by:
ESKIMO TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED
Email: eskimoglobal.store@gmail.com

Eskimo is the data controller for the information described in this policy. The App was previously published by another developer. From the date ownership was transferred to Eskimo, this Privacy Policy replaces any earlier privacy policy for the App.
The App can be used without creating an account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number or postal address to use its core features.
2.1 Information you provide
Learning content: text you type, sentences you submit for writing feedback, questions you ask about grammar or vocabulary, and messages you exchange with the AI tutor.
Voice input: if you use speaking practice, audio recorded through your microphone, and the text transcribed from it. Microphone access is requested only when you start a speaking feature, and you can refuse or revoke it in your device settings.
Learning preferences: your native language, target language, level, goals and daily reminder settings.
Support communications: your email address and any information you include when you contact us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size and network type.
Identifiers: advertising ID (Google Advertising ID), Firebase installation ID, app instance ID and similar device identifiers.
Usage data: lessons started and completed, XP, streaks, features used, session length, in-app events and ad interactions.
Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and error reports.
Approximate location: country or region derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
To provide the App: deliver lessons, run AI conversations, score your speaking and writing, and explain grammar.
To personalize learning: adapt lessons and spaced-repetition reviews to your level and progress.
To show ads: display advertising that keeps the App free, including personalized ads where permitted.
To measure and improve: understand how features are used, attribute app installs, fix bugs and improve performance.
To keep the App safe: detect fraud, abuse, and attempts to misuse the AI features.
To communicate: answer support requests and send learning reminders you have enabled.
To comply with law: meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use the content of your AI conversations or voice recordings to build advertising profiles.
To generate tutor replies, feedback, scores and explanations, the text you submit and, for speaking features, your voice input or its transcript are sent over an encrypted connection to third-party AI and speech-recognition providers that process it on our behalf. These providers may not use your content to train their own models except as allowed under their terms with us.
Please do not share sensitive personal information, such as health, financial or government ID details, in AI conversations. AI-generated output can be inaccurate and is provided for learning purposes only.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on these bases:

Consent: for personalized advertising and microphone access. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests: for analytics, security, fraud prevention and improving the App.

With your consent in any other case.
