Lingki is an on-device app for AI role-play. It has no accounts and the developer runs no servers for it. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app.
The developer does not collect, receive, store or sell any personal data from the app. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.
Your characters, chats, memories, images, settings and the API keys you enter are stored locally on your device. They are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Backup files are created only when you export them, and are saved to a location you choose.
To generate replies, the app sends your messages together with the relevant character information, chat history and memories directly from your device to the AI provider you configure (for example OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint), authenticated with your own API key. The developer never sees this traffic. How that provider handles your data is governed by its own privacy policy and terms, so choose providers you trust.
If you turn on cloud text-to-speech, the text to be spoken is sent to the speech provider you configure in the same way.
The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to take or pick a picture (for example an avatar or a chat background). Pictures stay on your device unless you send them in a chat, in which case they are sent to your AI provider as part of that message.
The microphone is used only when you start voice input or a voice call. Speech is converted to text by your device's speech recognition service, which may process the audio on the device or send it to the service's provider (for example Google), under that provider's privacy policy. The app does not record or keep audio.
The one-time unlock is sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; the developer does not receive your payment details. The app asks Google Play whether you own the unlock so it can restore your purchase.
You can report an AI-generated message from inside the app. A report contains the reported message, the reason you choose and any note you add. It is submitted through a Google Form owned by the developer (so Google processes it under its own privacy policy) and is used only to review the reported content. It does not include your API keys, your other chats or anything that identifies you.
Notifications (for example when a character sends you a message) are generated on your device. No push service is used.
Lingki is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 18 and over.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

只有在你主动拍照或选图时（例如设置头像、聊天背景）才会使用相机和相册。图片保存在你的设备上；只有当你在聊天里发送图片时， 它才会作为那条消息的一部分发送给你配置的 AI 服务商。
只有在你开始语音输入或语音通话时才会使用麦克风。语音由设备的语音识别服务转成文字，该服务可能在本机处理， 也可能发送给其提供方（例如 Google）处理，适用其隐私政策。本应用不录制、不保存音频。
一次性解锁通过 Google Play 购买，付款完全由 Google 处理，开发者不会拿到你的支付信息。应用会向 Google Play 查询你是否已购买，以便恢复购买。
你可以在应用内举报一条 AI 生成的消息。举报内容包括被举报的消息、你选择的原因和你填写的补充说明，通过开发者的 Google 表单提交 （因此由 Google 按其隐私政策处理），仅用于审核被举报的内容，不包含你的 API 密钥、其他聊天或任何能识别你身份的信息。
通知（例如角色给你发来消息）在你的设备上生成，不使用推送服务。
Lingki 不面向儿童，仅供 18 岁及以上用户使用。
本政策如有变更，新版本会发布在本页并更新生效日期。
