LineSpotter ("the App") is a word-spotting puzzle game published by [App Publisher / Jimp].

This policy explains what data the App handles.

1. Information We Collect

   a. No personal data required: The App does not require registration and does not collect names,

      emails, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, or camera data.

   b. On-device non-personal data:

      • Game level content is bundled as a local SQLite database (static English text, not personal data).

      • Game progress, scores, combos, and settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded

        to our servers.

      • Local profile: an optional nickname (or an auto-generated anonymous ID if left blank), avatar

        (default app logo), and coin balance—stored only on your device, never uploaded. The nickname is a

        display name you choose voluntarily; it is not an account and is not used to identify you in real life.

   c. Advertising data (Google AdMob): The App uses Google Mobile Ads. The ad SDK may automatically

      collect: Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID); device model, OS, language, approximate timezone;

      and ad interaction data. This is used to serve ads (which may be personalized). You can reset or

      opt out of the advertising ID in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy:

2. How We Use Information

   On-device data is used solely to run the game. Advertising data is processed by Google under its policy.

3. How We Share Information

   We do not sell or share your personal information. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob per its policy.

   We disclose data only when required by law.

4. Children's Privacy

   The App is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly

   collect personal information from children. Parental guidance is recommended for younger users.

5. Data Security

   All user-related data resides on the device; our backend stores no personal information. Advertising

   identifiers are processed by Google using industry-standard safeguards.

6. Your Rights

   Because we collect no server-side personal data, there is no account data to export or delete.

   On-device data is removed when you uninstall the App (see the Data Deletion page). You can manage ad

   personalization via your device Advertising ID settings or Google Ads settings.

7. Third-Party Links and Sharing

   Result/record screenshots are shared by you through the system share sheet (Expo Sharing) and are not

   uploaded to our servers. Any QR code on a screenshot links to the Google Play listing

   (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jimp.linespotter). The in-app Profile page also links

   to this privacy policy, the data-deletion page, and the open-source license page.
