Application: Lines 4 Lines (hu.kohan.lines4lines)
Publisher / Data Controller: Thomas Kohan

Lines 4 Lines stores the following information locally in Android's private application storage:
Your chosen player name or nickname.
Display, sound and gameplay preferences.
Progress in Campaign, Line Run and Zone Escape.
Records, medals and experience points (XP).
Game statistics and unlocked content.
Offline achievement status.
The app uses Android SharedPreferences-based storage for this purpose. This information is not automatically uploaded to a publisher-operated server.
When you select this mode, the game accesses the names and technical identifiers of previously paired Bluetooth devices to establish and manage the connection.
During a match initiated by you, the participating devices directly exchange:
Selected player names.
Control events.
Current game state.
Player positions and light trails.
Scores and match results.
The host device coordinates the match.
Other participants may see your chosen player name and match information. We recommend using a nickname or the default “Player” name rather than your real name.
The publisher does not operate a central multiplayer server.
Local storage is used to preserve settings and gameplay progress for subsequent launches.
This information is not automatically uploaded to a publisher-operated server, and the publisher cannot remotely access game saves stored exclusively on your device.
To the extent that the publisher acts as a controller under the GDPR in relation to these local operations, the applicable legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: providing the requested game features and preserving settings and results, subject to necessity and balancing against individuals' rights.
Optional Bluetooth multiplayer processes information required to connect paired devices and operate the match.
To the extent that the publisher is responsible for these operations as a controller, the legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: providing the user-initiated local multiplayer feature.
Bluetooth multiplayer is optional; single-player modes work without Bluetooth.
Granting the system's Bluetooth permission does not constitute general GDPR consent for other processing purposes.
If you voluntarily email the publisher, your email address, message and related correspondence are used to handle and respond to the enquiry.
For general support enquiries, the legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Where processing is necessary to fulfil requests concerning GDPR data-subject rights, the legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, where applicable.
Correspondence is not used to build marketing mailing lists.
On grounds relating to your particular situation, you may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting luph3us@gmail.com.
The publisher will then cease the relevant processing unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
The current app:
Does not request the Android INTERNET permission.
Does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs.
Does not require registration.
Does not automatically upload game data or diagnostics to a publisher-operated server.
Does not include active cloud synchronization or Google Play Games account integration.
The game is not specifically designed to target children under 13; however, it does not implement a separate age-verification step or age gate. This does not mean younger players are technically prevented from using it.
Bluetooth match information described in Section 1 is nevertheless transferred directly between participating devices: “local storage” does not mean that all information remains on your own device in all circumstances.
The Privacy Policy menu opens this page in an external web browser. The privacy practices of Google Sites and the browser also apply when using them.
The app uses the following Android permissions:
BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Communication with paired Bluetooth devices on supported Android versions.
BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN: Compatibility permissions for older Android versions.
VIBRATE: Optional haptic feedback.
Multiplayer connections use Android's secure RFCOMM Bluetooth APIs. The app does not claim to provide an additional, independent application-level end-to-end encryption system.
Local game data is held in Android's private application storage.
Automatic Android application backup is disabled (allowBackup=false).
Local preferences, scores, achievements and game saves remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
Local game data can generally be deleted through:
Android Settings → Apps → Lines 4 Lines → Storage → Clear Data / Clear Storage
Menu labels may vary by device; clearing data resets local progress and preferences.
Normal app updates are designed to preserve local data.
Bluetooth pairing records can be removed separately in Android's Bluetooth settings.
Live match information is processed to operate the connection; aggregate results may remain as part of local game saves.
The publisher cannot remotely retrieve or delete game saves held exclusively on your device and has no direct control over information already received by another player's device.
The publisher retains voluntary support emails and related correspondence for no longer than 12 months after the enquiry is closed, after which they are deleted, unless a legal obligation or ongoing legal matter requires longer retention.
In that case, only the necessary information is retained for as long as the relevant reason applies.
Information relating to data-subject requests is processed for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Under applicable data protection law, you may:
Request access to your personal data.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your personal data.
Request restriction of processing.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Exercise the right to data portability where its conditions are met.
For privacy enquiries or requests to exercise your rights, contact luph3us@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
This notice describes the current data-handling practices of Lines 4 Lines.
If a future update introduces online services, advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, Google Play Games integration or other changes affecting personal data, the publisher will review and update this notice and the corresponding Google Play Data safety disclosures as appropriate.
