ABOUT

I am a third-year Accounting PhD student at Bocconi University in Milan (Italy). 

Before starting the PhD, I worked as a Manager within the Deals Advisory practice at PwC Malta. I also lectured an accounting module (Financial Accounting and Control II) to undergraduate students at the University of Malta.  

I read for my Master’s in Accountancy (summa cum laude) and Bachelor of Commerce (summa cum laude) degrees at the University of Malta.

My research interests centre primarily on the real effects of sustainability regulation, including its interaction with disclosure practices and corporate governance matters, particularly from an investor perspective.
