Widowed from a young age when her second son was still an infant, Linda singlehandedly raised her two children, working long hours to provide for them. Her struggles did not end when her sons were grown, however. She became the sole caregiver to two young grandchildren with special needs after both of her sons were incarcerated and her daughter-in-law left the family.

Unable to work due to the need to care for her grandchildren and her own ill health, Linda now supports her family by selling her signature curry chicken and butter cake from home. In each serving of her homemade food, you can taste not only the care put into preparation, but also the resilience of a devoted grandmother who will stop at nothing to provide for her loved ones.
