林佳慧博士的研究團隊致力於慢性疾病之護理照護與健康促進、精準個人化運動訓練、智慧醫療運用等領域之教學與研究。團隊研究涵蓋的主題包括:多重慢性病病人個別性有氧運動訓練處方之介入、腦中風患者的智慧輔助復健、震動訓練、長新冠症候群病人及醫療人員之健康管理、以及護理人員工作壓力、健康促進策略與人因工程等研究。本研究團隊之研究成果不僅發表在多個國內外期刊，更透過實證轉譯導入臨床照護應用，對促進護理專業的發展及提升醫療照護品質具有顯著貢獻。期待您懷抱夢想與熱忱的加入，共創護理研究新藍海。

Dr. Lin, Chia-Huei (Ph.D. Nursing), now is the professor of School of Nursing, National Defense Medical Center. She got her PhD degree from Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, National Defense Medical Center, Taipei, Taiwan, at June 2015. The research team of Dr. Lin concentrated on health promotion studies such as physical activity promotion and exercise training for chronic diseases. Her graduate studies examined the effects motivational interviewing to increase physical activity level, decrease sedentary behaviors, reduce risk of metabolic syndrome, and to improve quality of life in middle-aged and older women with metabolic syndrome. Dr. Lin, Chia-Huei got lots of Academic Research Award during last twenty years, and the “Outstanding Young Scholar Award of Sigma Theta Tau International” from Sigma-Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Currently Dr. Chia-Huei Lin’ researches focus on the cardiometabolic risks and exercise training, health promotion, women’s health, physical and psychological effects of telehealth care combining with physical activity training, vibration training, health management for COVID-19 syndrome patients and medical staff, as well as research on nursing staff work stress, health promotion strategies, and human factors engineering.
