Welcome to Lina Zhang's homepage!
I am an Assistant Professor in the Quantitative Economics Section at the University of Amsterdam and a Research Fellow at Tinbergen Institute.
As an econometrician, my research focuses on two main themes: (i) the identification and inference of causal treatment effects, and (ii) the economic consequences of social network interactions.
My research work was awarded the Mollie Holman Medal in 2021 and the NWO Veni grant (EUR 320,000) in 2025.
