"Out of Regular Business Hours Appointments" (O.R.B.H.A)
When available, we could work before our regular business hours, or for special events (security deposit will be required)
POLICIES
We try to keep affordable prices to all our clients; if you do not assist to an appointment without previous notice, means no one else could used that space, causing damage to the business and the clients that do not got their hair done ; if a client do not assist without previous appointment cancellation (the day before by 2:00pm ), $30 security deposit may be required to book again; and subsequent appointments will be considered O.R.B.H.A appointments. also a "No show" fee will be added to the next appointment, (that would be equal to 50% of of the full booked work amount for the first 3 missed appointments) after the third miss/canceled appointment the charge will be equal to 100% of of the full booked work amount
After multiple no show or canceled appointments (more than 4) you can lose your ability to make appointments with us
be on time Our crew will wait for you for 15 minutes after the appointment time, After that, your appointment will be canceled without any refund or credit store -If the appointment is 30 minutes or less (usually a short haircut time) there is NOT tolerance time.
--REFUNDABLE OR NOT?** A "security deposit" is required to make any of "out of regular business hours appointment" (**Any appointment modification or cancellation must be done at least one day before of your appointment by 2:00PM, to be eligible for refund).
--After 2:00pm of the day before of your appointment the Security deposit can be used as a credit store, ONLY ON THE DAY AND TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT (no rain checks)
--If you change the appointment time or reduce the services requested the day before after 2:00pm that could be consider "appointment cancelation"
--Security Deposit will be Equal to $30 or 50% of the full work amount for works of $100 or more (at least any other previous arrangement has been made).
--if the work price is unknown at the time of the appointment the, security deposit would beat at least $30
Deposit could be make it in cash or credit/debit card only, at least 24 hour before the appointment. (3% processing fee with any credit/debit card payments)
--Appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance; (Appointments made with less than 24 hours WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE to: Appointment time changes, cancellation, refund and/or credit store.
--Please be on time. in services that last 1 hour or more, Our crew will wait for you for 15 minutes after the appointment time, After that, your appointment will be canceled without any refund or credit store -If the appointment is 30 minutes or less (usually a short haircut time) there is not tolerance late time.
