On 25th February 2018 - Our Epsom Kungfu group performed for Kingston Chinese Association

for Chinese New Year, we performed lion dance, taichi and kungfu.

The Chinese have a saying, "It is Man that controls Kungfu, not Kungfu that controls Man."

You take the art, and use it to benefit yourself, whether that be health, fitness, self defence etc, but not the other way round, you don't do the art to benefit the art.

Exercise helps the body keep strong, and can help in the healing process.

If you enjoy kungfu, its much easier to practice and carry on...if you enjoy what you do.
