As a keen runner and member of Monkstown Spartans AC, I've always appreciated the benefits in sports massage for recovery but I know its not always easy to get to appointments. So in 2022 I decided to get my sports massage qualifications and insurance to offer people like me a more simple solution - Sports massage brought to your home.

This has been popular with the members of the club so I'm hoping I can spread the benefits further and help all runners and athletes out there needing a boost to their recovery.

I am based in the Antrim and Newtownabbey area but may be willing to travel further depending on the situation.

My prices are as follows :-

30 minute massage - £25

60 minute massage - £40

Cupping Therapy - £35
