The conference is being held in-person (Harvard University, Cambridge, MA) with a virtual option (zoom). To encourage sharing of unpublished research, talks will not be recorded nor distributed for later viewing.

All in-person attendees will be required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination and adhere to all local masking regulations at the time of the conference.

For remote attendees, virtual presentations will be accommodated and remote attendees will be able to participate in the seminar Q&A sessions. However, virtual poster viewing and presenting will not be supported.

Registration fee: $300 USD [in-person or hybrid, all ranks]

In person registration can be converted to virtual, but not vice versa. In the event you can no longer participate in the meeting (in person or virtual), a 50% refund (less applicable processing fees) can be offered prior to July 7, 2022. After that date, no refunds can be given.
