Rossana Maya Terry is a native of Lima, Peru. She grew up in a family where the art of cooking was paramount. Her family owns successful restaurants in Peru and Colombia (Lima, Cartagena, and Medellín) and invited her to join them because of her exceptional talent in the kitchen. With her extensive background in graphic design, she seamlessly blends visual artistry with culinary skill, transforming each dish into a unique gallery of flavors and presentation at the forefront of modern molecular cuisine.  

Rossana brings a distinctive flair to our kitchen, turning every meal into a memorable experience. She fearlessly pushes boundaries, reimagining traditional flavors with innovative techniques.
