📍Avenida Lurigancho 622- Lima

No height limit.

Ideal for:

• Big rigs, Large motorhomes, Trucks, Vehicles over 6.5 meters

The property is a secure enclosed premises, although this storage area is not covered by a roof.

This rate is for the motorcycle only, without luggage or additional motorcycle gear.

This option includes the motorcycle together with motorcycle luggage and gear, such as:

• Side cases / panniers, Motorcycle backpacks, Tank bags, Top case / rear box, Motorcycle luggage, Helmet, Other motorcycle travel bags

🚛 Big Trucks & Big Rigs

S/. 50 per day

For vehicles over 6.5 meters.

Luggage storage is available.

The price depends on the size and quantity of the luggage.

🔋 BATTERY RECHARGE

Battery recharging is available when required.

⭐ SAME STORAGE PRICE WITH OR WITHOUT TIP SUSPENSION

The storage price remains the same whether you suspend your TIP or not.

There is no additional daily storage charge for TIP Suspension.

Travel freely. We take care of the paperwork and your vehicle.

Our FAST TIP Suspension service is managed directly by the owner, a lawyer experienced in procedures for foreign vehicles.

We coordinate and supervise the process so you can continue your journey while your vehicle remains safely stored with us.

We have three storage locations in Lima, and the appropriate location depends on your vehicle's dimensions.

2️⃣ SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS

Please send us the following documents via WhatsApp at least 3 days before your arrival:

• Passport copy

• Vehicle title

• Vehicle registration

• CIT / TIP

• SOAT

Please also provide:

This allows us to prepare the documentation before you arrive.

⚠️ SOAT REQUIREMENT

Your SOAT must be active on the date the TIP suspension is lifted.

If you need SOAT for your foreign vehicle, we can provide it.

3️⃣ ARRIVE, SIGN & CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY

When you arrive, the necessary documents will already be prepared for you to sign.

We submit the documentation and provide you with a copy by email.

That's it!

You sign the documents and we take care of the rest of the process and its follow-up.

The TIP suspension can be processed for up to one year, subject to applicable Customs regulations and the authorized period of your stay in Peru.

We can also process an extension up to the maximum period allowed, with a maximum of one year.

4️⃣ YOUR VEHICLE STAYS WITH US

While you continue traveling, your vehicle remains stored with us.

🔑 You must leave your vehicle key with us.

This allows us to move the vehicle when necessary, including:

• Emergencies

• Previously scheduled movements

• Necessary movements within our facilities

We supervise the TIP Suspension process and keep you informed of any relevant updates.

You travel. We take care of your vehicle.

5️⃣ PLAN YOUR RETURN TO LIMA

Please contact us at least 15 days before your return and provide the exact date you will return to Lima.

The TIP Suspension lifting must be scheduled for:

Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

At the same time, let us know if you need accommodation.

🏡 We can reserve one of our apartments for you so that it is ready when you return.

Our recommendation

If you are returning to Lima by air, we recommend staying with us the night before the TIP Suspension lifting.

This keeps you close to your vehicle and makes it easier to be ready for the Customs visit.

6️⃣ LIFTING THE TIP SUSPENSION

On the scheduled day, the vehicle owner must be personally present at the storage facility for the Customs visit.

You must be available at the warehouse between:

🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Your SOAT must be active on the date of the TIP Suspension lifting.

Once the Customs procedure is completed and the suspension is lifted, you can continue your journey with the remaining balance of your CIT/TIP.

🏡 OVERLANDER ACCOMMODATION

We have 3 vehicle storage locations in Lima.

At the storage location closest to the airport, our apartments are at the same location as the vehicle storage. We live right in front, so you will be accompanied by our traveling family in an exclusive environment for overlanders.

For Storage Locations 2 and 3, our apartments are approximately 45 minutes away by Uber.

For convenience, we recommend staying with us the night you leave your vehicle and the night you pick it up.
