“Dreams are the key, for us to conquer the world. Run tirelessly, until you reach them.” This lyric from the song “Laskar Pelangi” reflects my overall journey as a SEA-Teacher Project participant who once yearned for an INDOmitable dream.
Now that it has come true, I will be sharing my exhilarating travel, thrilling adventure, and meaningful learning experiences in this blog entitled "The INDOmitbale Journey".
This blog contains 6 panels. Each panel details, narrates, presents, and expresses the overall learning and experience of the author in the Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia Program, Batch 9.
Each panel tells unique stories of how a journeyer traverses the crossroad equipped with mere binoculars, a map, and a compass towards a mighty trek where the destination leads to learning and growth.
The Journey, a tale of laughter, love, and learning. The Journey holds information about the blog’s author and details his overall experience, adventure, and immersion at Borneo’s finest city of Samarinda, Indonesia. It narrates the exhilarating travels, wondrous flavors, and meaningful activities that the journeyer had visited, tasted, and experienced throughout the SEA-Teacher Project Journey.
The Crossroads, where every journey starts. The Crossroads presents details about the hosting internship school as the starting point of the INDOmitable journey. It tackles the general information and academic administration of the practicum school involving the school profile, academic support system, and teaching system.
The Binoculars, capturing stories and learnings. The Binoculars recount the observations and learnings that the author accumulated during the practicum period at the hosting internship school. It captures the overall teaching-learning experiences while immersing in a new environment, culture, and country.
The Map and Compass, guiding tools towards the destination. Maps and compass were words associated to the teaching plan and aid used in the internship program. It holds and describe the curriculum, lesson plan, and instructional materials that were formulated and implemented during the practicum period.

The Journey’s End, the culmination of the mighty trek. The journey’s end reflects the overall realization of the journeyer. It narrates the purpose, procedure, outcome, challenges, and impressions of the practicum.
