Santa Run is a 2D Platformer game, where you act as a Santa, collect keys to open doors, go through various enemies, and send the Christmas present to the children. This is one of the student project and also my first game where the idea, worlds and visuals that I brainstorm from scratch. This game developed using Stencyl, a lightweight game engine that using block code to do programming.

Stages
Stages
There are 3 different stages in this game.
Stage 1 - EZ Stage - (Countdown Timer: 30 seconds)
Stage 1 is the easiest stage. There are 3 keys inside the scene and 1 Enemy. The player has to collect 3 keys and go through the door to clear this stage.
Stage 2 - I’m Still OK Stage - (Countdown Timer: 90 seconds)
Stage 2 is a medium level stage. There are 3 keys and 2 types of enemy. The location for keys are more scattered and there is a moving left-right platform that increases the probability of player’s mistakes to restart the game from stage 1. There is also a hidden area that will activate the enemy spawner.
This is the region that will spawn enemies if the player goes through it.
Stage 3 - Am I in Hell? Stage - (Countdown Timer: 500 seconds)
This is the hardest stage in this platformer. There are 3 real keys, 8 fake keys and 3 types of enemy. There is a moving up-down platform that increases the probability of player’s mistakes to restart the game from stage 1.
