Welcome! My name is Lily Pfeifer and I am a geologist with expertise in sedimentology and paleoclimate. This website includes links to my publications and provides a broad overview of my research interests and goals. I am open to and appreciative of discussion or feedback related to my work, and am always interested in new collaborations :)

I'm originally from Connecticut and was inspired by my undergraduate mentors to become a geoscientist while in college (in the Appalachian Mts!) I did my graduate work in Oklahoma with Lynn Soreghan and worked as a geoscientist in the energy industry (and as a data analyst) between my MS & PhD. When I'm not doing geology, I'll be outside anyways (hiking, biking, skiing, camping), socializing, and/or forgetting to water my plants.
