I am a 6th year Economics PhD candidate at Boston University, with a focus on labor and gender economics. My current and past research has included work on the gender gap relating to changes in opportunities for work-from-home, mothers' employment changes during the Covid-19 pandemic, and non-nuclear family living arrangements, and on the Black-White earnings and employment gap.
Prior to starting my PhD at BU, I worked as a Research Associate in the Economic Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
I'm passionate about connecting research and policy in order to better understand the causes of and solutions to disparities in labor market outcomes for families, women, and underrepresented groups.
