I am a 4th year Economics PhD candidate at Boston University, with a focus on labor and public economics. My current and past research has included work on the gender gap relating to changes in opportunities for work-from-home, Black-White earnings and employment gap, mothers' employment changes during the Covid-19 pandemic, and non-nuclear family living arrangements.
Prior to starting my PhD at BU, I worked as a Research Associate in the Economic Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
I'm passionate about better understanding the causes of and solutions to disparities in labor market outcomes for women and underrepresented groups.
