I am a 6th-year Economics PhD candidate at Boston University. My research is in labor and gender economics, with a focus on families and inequality. I study how firm and government policies shape family and individual outcomes, including work-from-home policies and spousal labor market outcomes, children’s disabilities and family well-being, and Black–White gaps in employment and earnings. 

Prior to starting my PhD at BU, I worked as a Research Associate in the Economic Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. I care about connecting research and policy to better understand disparities in labor market outcomes for families, women, and underrepresented groups.

Outside of research I love to hike and play music!
