What would happen to our world if EVERYONE recycled? To put recycling into perspective, according to the Aluminum Association’s data if everyone recycled one aluminum can, 295 million new cans could be made. Producing waste is inevitable but recycling is a great first step towards personal sustainability. This project promotes recycling by being made of entirely recycled and recyclable materials. Used as a statement piece, it has the full ability to hold recyclables to encourage people to do their good deed of the day. This has encouraged me to be mindful of which bin to use and showcasing this prosthetic in place of a plastic bin puts recycling into a whole new light.
