Duck eggs are an excellent source of nutrition, and taste very similar to chicken eggs. Their dark yellow yolk indicates that they hold more antioxidants, more omega-3 fatty acids, and 50% more vitamin A than chicken eggs. Duck eggs offer more protein than chicken eggs.
We raise Khaki Campbell and Cayuga Ducks on the farm. They are fed organically with no exposure to chemicals or pesticides.
Farm-fresh eggs are nutritious and delicious. They’re one of nature’s most perfect protein sources. One egg has all nine “essential” amino acids, the building blocks of protein, and the egg white holds about half that protein and only a small portion of the fat and cholesterol.
All chickens raised on the farm are fed organically with no exposure to chemicals or pesticides.
