Teacher, Artist, Triathlete, Future CPO
I graduated my undergraduate program with a BA in wildlife biology weeks before the pandemic shut down the country. That being said, instead of working as a park ranger as planned, I worked a variety of jobs, from project coordinator, advertisement salesman, phlebotomist, to the head native teacher at an English school in South Korea. I've nearly done it all!
Although my path didn't begin in O&P, I have gained experience in management, financial analysis, selling products, working with young children and their parents, as well as healthcare in a hospital setting.
I hope to set myself apart from other CPOs once I graduate with these skills already in hand, and to use them to provide the very best care I can, as well as contribute to future research and development in the O&P field.
My poster about a novel laminate for orthotic fabrication has been accepted at AAOP National Assembly in Nashville, 2026. I will also be lecturing in the Technical Program on February 20th!

Getting Involved:
As a future clinician and past patient, I'm excited to join the 28x28 Mobility Challenge in support of So Every BODY Can Move, a landmark state-by-state policy and advocacy initiative creating equitable access to prosthetic and orthotic care for physical activity, currently deemed “not medically necessary” and not covered by insurance. Your support will fuel our legislative efforts, ensuring everyone has the right to move. Please support me by giving to my page. Every dollar counts!
Together, we can ensure everyone has the right to move!
