My teaching philosophy is centered on developing mathematical maturity through rigorous analysis, intuitive understanding, and active problem solving. I aim to guide students from computational thinking to abstract reasoning, particularly in areas such as differential equations and analysis.
At the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, I work with a diverse student population, and I am especially committed to supporting students transitioning into higher-level mathematics. I integrate research-oriented perspectives into my courses, exposing students early to modern topics such as dispersive PDEs and mathematical modeling.
