Hi, I am Ms. Kakika M. Eubanks, the CEO and Executive Director of Lil’ Bo Peep Learning Center, LLC. A proud native of Thomson, Georgia, I have been dedicated to the field of early childhood education for more than 25 years.
My passion for childcare began early. While attending college, I worked in a daycare center for three years before transitioning to providing care within my community. As a mother of three at the time, I personally understood the challenges of finding affordable, high-quality childcare. This experience inspired me to become an in-home family childcare provider in 1999, later obtaining my license on December 1, 2000. I expanded to an in-home group childcare program in 2006, which laid the foundation for the center I proudly lead today.
Family plays a central role in my journey. I am blessed with five children and four grandchildren, and I am proud to say that all of my children are actively employed at Lil’ Bo Peep Learning Center, serving in leadership roles from assistant directors to lead teachers.
In terms of education, I currently hold degrees in Business Administration and Early Childhood Education, and I plan to pursue master’s degrees in both fields in the near future. The center is Quality Rated, and all staff members are trained in CPR, First Aid, Fire Safety, and hold credentials in Early Childhood Education—ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for every child.

"This school is the real deal. My son has grown so much since being here, and I can see the difference at home with how he talks and handles himself."
