Hi, My name is Melanie and I am a college student, i started this bakery from my home in florida it was originally called Dear Ayati's Bakery, however the business came to a pause once i moved to north carolina for college, I proudly go to Elon University and am extremely excited to be bringing back the bakery to my new home with the new additions of flavors and treats inspired from my families traditional roots of Cuba.
