OPRA Application

Lil Rock Ventures is pursuing an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act (OPRA) exemption to support the redevelopment of 1204 S Washington Avenue.

OPRA is intended to:

• Encourage reinvestment in obsolete buildings

• Offset the cost of significant rehabilitation

• Support long-term tax base growth

• Preliminary planning and scope development completed

• OPRA District Approved 11/17/2025

• Construction phasing and budget refinement in progress

OPRA District Approval

The property at 1204 S Washington Avenue is located within an OPRA district formally approved by the City of Lansing.
