• Content violating intellectual property, privacy, or applicable laws

The Light Web Official reserves the right to:

• Restrict or remove generated content

• Moderate prompts, uploads, and outputs

• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations

• Cooperate with legal authorities when required by law

Users retain responsibility for any content they create, upload, share, or distribute using company services.

Restricted Content & Child Safety

Users are strictly prohibited from using The Light Web Official services, AI systems, or platforms to create, request, upload, generate, distribute, or promote content involving:

• Child exploitation, abuse, sexualization, grooming, or harmful behavior involving minors

• Harmful or exploitative content targeting children or teenagers

• Graphic abuse, torture, cruelty, or extreme violence

• Self-harm promotion or dangerous activities

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech

• Illegal, abusive, or exploitative material of any kind

Any violation related to child safety or abusive content will result in immediate enforcement actions, which may include:

• Permanent account suspension or bans

• Removal of content and related data

• Reporting to appropriate authorities when legally required

• Restriction from future access to company services

The Light Web Official maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child safety, exploitation, abuse, or harmful content.

Termination

The Light Web Official reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or permanently terminate access to any service, platform, account, AI system, or product when users violate these Terms & Conditions, abuse systems, engage in harmful or illegal activity, attempt unauthorized access, or create risks to safety, security, infrastructure, communities, or other users.

Termination or suspension may occur due to:

• Violations of company policies or applicable laws

• Harmful, abusive, exploitative, or illegal behavior

• Security threats, fraud, scams, or suspicious activity

• Misuse of AI systems, services, or infrastructure

• Intellectual property theft or unauthorized distribution

• Repeated policy violations or moderation actions

Appeals must be submitted within 60 days from the date of suspension or termination. After this period, accounts, associated data, and stored content may be permanently removed from company systems.

The Light Web Official reserves the right to preserve evidence, logs, or required information for security, moderation, legal, or compliance purposes where necessary.

Legal Enforcement

The Light Web Official reserves the right to investigate, monitor, preserve evidence, and take appropriate legal or administrative action against any individual, group, or entity involved in violations of these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, security policies, or intellectual property protections.

Legal enforcement actions may apply to activities including, but not limited to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

• Remove or restrict content and services

• Preserve logs, reports, and evidence for investigations

• Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or legal authorities when required by law

• Pursue legal claims, damages, injunctions, or other remedies available under applicable laws

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their actions comply with local, national, and international laws while using company services, platforms, technologies, or AI systems.

Acceptance

By accessing, creating an account, downloading, purchasing, interacting with, or using any service, platform, application, AI system, website, product, or technology operated by The Light Web Official, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, policies, guidelines, and applicable rules.

If a user does not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, they must immediately stop using all company services and platforms.
