The easiest way to get to the campus from Bilbao is by bus, taking a Bizkaibus. It will take 15-25 minutes depending on the line. The main ones are

A2312 from Plaza Zabalburu, area of Indautxu or San Francisco
A2321 from Santutxu or Uribarri
A2324 from Abando or Deusto
A2314 from Abando, Deusto or Sarriko (slower bus, 40 min).
