This Privacy Policy explains how the Lightscordless Android application (“App”) handles information.
The App is operated by Lightscordless LLC and may be published on Google Play under the OullmedGames developer account.
The App provides a catalogue of Lightscordless products.
It connects to Lightscordless and Shopify services to download public product information and product images.
The App does not provide user accounts, online checkout or payment processing.
When the App connects to Lightscordless and Shopify, standard technical information may be processed automatically by the servers providing the catalogue and images. This may include:
IP address;
device and network information;
date and time of the request;
requested catalogue and image resources;
basic security and diagnostic information.
This information is used to deliver the catalogue, load product images, maintain service security and diagnose technical problems.
The App does not request access to precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Shopify may process technical information according to its privacy policy:

The App may store the following information locally on the user’s device:
favorite products;
products added to “My Request”;
selected quantities;
cached product catalogue information;
App preferences.
This information remains on the device and is used only to provide the catalogue, favorites and product-request features.
Users can delete locally stored information by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.
The App includes a button that prepares a product inquiry and opens an email application installed on the user’s device, such as Gmail.
The App does not:
access the user’s email account or password;
read the user’s emails;
access the user’s contacts;
send emails automatically.
The user can review, modify or cancel the prepared message before sending it.
If the user chooses to send the email, the selected email provider and Lightscordless will receive the user’s email address, the message content and any information voluntarily included by the user.
Lightscordless uses this information only to respond to the inquiry, confirm product availability, provide customer support and maintain necessary business records.
The transmission is also subject to the privacy policy of the email provider selected by the user.
The current version of the App does not process payments and does not collect payment card, banking, billing or financial information.
Sending a product inquiry does not complete a purchase. Product price, availability, delivery and any payment arrangement must be confirmed separately with Lightscordless.
The current version of the App does not contain advertising SDKs.
The current version does not contain third-party analytics or user-tracking SDKs.
Lightscordless does not sell personal information collected through the App.
Information is processed only when necessary by:
Lightscordless, for catalogue delivery and customer support;
Shopify, for product catalogue and image infrastructure;
the email provider selected by the user, when the user chooses to send an email;
hosting and security providers necessary to operate the service.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or security threats.
Favorites, request information, catalogue cache and preferences remain on the device until the user clears the App’s data or uninstalls the App.
Emails sent to Lightscordless may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry, provide customer support, maintain business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.

Some records may be retained when required by law.
The App does not create user accounts, so there is no App account to delete.
The App uses encrypted HTTPS connections when downloading catalogue information and images from approved Lightscordless and Shopify services.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The App is a general product-catalogue application and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. A parent or guardian may contact us to request the deletion of information submitted by a child.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s functionality, service providers or legal obligations change.
The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.
