"The app" refers to Lightning Scorekeeper.

"We" refers the the main creator of the app, the website, and the contact form.
The App
The names of the people that you enter into the app are always kept on your device and stored using the MIT App Inventor “TinyDB” component. The scores for each player and the app’s theme, as well as other preferences are stored in the same way. Again, all data is kept on your device.
To delete your data, simply click on "Reset" in the app and then "Reset Names and Scores." All data except for your theme and other preferences will be deleted. To delete your preferences, delete the app.
No OS information is collected by the app.
The app is currently a hobby project, so the app has no ads, no in-app purchases, and is completely free!
The app is primarily made for users in the United States, so all legal disputes will be dealt with according to United States legislation.
The Contact Form
The contact form can collect your email address and any concerns you have. These are stored by Google, according to their privacy policy. No other third party will ever have access to this data. We will use the email address only to email you regarding your concerns.
The Website
We do not collect any information from this website. It is hosted on Google Sites, so you should refer to Google's privacy policy for information regarding the website.
