Rates and Availability

Because this is our family vacation home, and because of the home’s unique attributes and special location, we only reserve for family and friends May-December. Jan-April are rented through a property manager (month long rentals only).

Nightly Rate:                $175

Exit Cleaning Fee:       $150

3-night minimum during peak months April-October

Checks, cash or Zelle (once booked, we will send you info.)

Additional security deposit may be required.

Check-in:   4:00 p.m.

Check-out:   10:00 a.m.

(unless otherwise arranged  with owner)

No Pets Allowed.

No Smoking Allowed.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters.

10 Guests Maximum.
