What do I need to bring for the class?
What if I have pain in my joints? Is this class still suitable?
Yes! Exercising on trampolines will not hurt your joints.......
What if I slip and fall?
We encourage everyone to wear anti-slip socks to avoid this! If you don't have one, you can always purchase a pair from the studio when you attend your class.
What if I'm on the heavier side? Can I still jump?
Yes! Trampoline exercises are suitable for everyone of all ages and sizes. But if you are still worried, we encourage you check with a doctor or physician before registering for a class with us.
Can older people join the classes?
Of course! ............
What is the difference between 'Beginner Friendly' and 'Beginner Plus+'?
Beginner Friendly: Suitable for anyone with little to no workout experience at all ages.
Beginner Plus+: Suitable for gym goers or anyone who has been actively working out.
Why is there no 'Intermediate' and 'Advanced' class?
Trampoline exercise might be new to a majority of our crowd. Hence, we want to ensure everyone can follow along with the classes safely before increasing the level of difficulty.
