These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LightFit mobile application distributed through the Google Play Store, together with any related features, content, and services made available through the application (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is distributed via the Google Play Store. Your download and use of the application are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service regarding the Google Play platform itself, the Google Play Terms of Service prevail.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
1.2 If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that guardian is responsible for your use of the Service.
1.3 The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through this version of the Service.
2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.
2.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
2.4 You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1 LightFit provides fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle information and tracking tools for general informational and entertainment purposes only.
3.2 The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3.3 Individual results may vary. The Service does not guarantee any specific fitness, health, or weight outcome.
3.4 Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or nutrition plan, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience discomfort, pain, or dizziness.
3.5 Nothing in the Service should be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
You agree not to:
4.1 Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
4.2 Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
4.3 Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content or data from the Service without permission.
4.4 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
4.5 Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5.1 All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and data in the Service are owned by CYBELE DIGITAL TECH PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6.1 You retain ownership of content you input into the Service (e.g., workout logs, profile information).
6.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process such content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
7.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm us, other users, or third parties.
7.2 You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.
7.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
8.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.3 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBELE DIGITAL TECH PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
9.2 Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Note: This edition of the Service does not include in-app purchases; therefore no purchase amounts are processed through the application.
10.1 The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Google Play services, analytics providers, and cloud infrastructure providers.
10.2 We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
11.1 Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Note: The original draft specified the laws of the State of California, United States. Because the operating entity for this Google Play edition is incorporated in Singapore, the governing law has been aligned with Singapore. Please confirm this choice (see open items in the cover note).
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Alternative: you may prefer arbitration (e.g., SIAC). Confirm if desired.
13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms within the Service and update the "Effective Date."
13.2 Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
