The Service is operated by the LightFit team.
For payment processing:
iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple via your App Store account;
Web-based purchases are processed by CHEESEJOY LIMITED through authorized payment providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account security
Providing accurate information
All activity under your account
If you subscribe via iOS:
Payment is processed by Apple
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
You must manage subscriptions in your Apple account
If you subscribe via our website:
Payments are processed via:
Stripe
Apple Pay
PayPal
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
You must cancel through:
Apple App Store (iOS purchases)
Website account (H5 purchases)
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does NOT automatically cancel your subscription.
To stop recurring charges, you must cancel your subscription through the relevant platform.
iOS purchases: handled by Apple
Web purchases: limited and subject to applicable law

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment providers.

We may update these Terms.
