Light Dodge ("we", "our", or "the App") is developed as a free, offline-first mobile game. This document explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App.

Light Dodge does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.
No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers (IMEI/Android ID), or any other personally identifiable information.
No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide any credentials to play the game.
No Third-Party Analytics or Trackers: The App does not contain any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) or advertising SDKs.
Local Data Storage
The App stores basic gameplay preferences locally on your device using standard local storage:
High Score: Your highest score achieved in the game.
Game Settings: Your preferences for sound effects (ON/OFF) and haptic vibration feedback (ON/OFF).
Note: This data never leaves your device and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App or clear its app storage in your device settings.
Device Permissions
Light Dodge requires minimal device capabilities to operate:
Vibration / Haptics (android.permission.VIBRATE): Used solely to deliver tactile feedback during gameplay (e.g., when tapping or crashing). Can be turned off at any time within the in-game settings.
No Internet Access Required: The game runs 100% offline and does not require an active internet connection to play.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13 specifically, nor does it collect personally identifiable information from children or adults. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, the App complies with child privacy protection regulations including COPPA and GDPR.
Third-Party Services and Links
The App does not contain links to external websites, third-party advertising networks, or external payment gateways.
