The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose user-submitted data and automatically collected device information under the following circumstances:
When legally obligated, such as responding to court subpoenas or other formal legal demands
When we reasonably judge disclosure is necessary to defend our legal rights, safeguard you or other individuals, investigate fraudulent behaviour, or respond to official government inquiries
When shared with trusted partner service providers acting on our behalf. These partners are prohibited from independently utilising the shared data and must fully comply with the standards outlined in this privacy policy.
You can halt all future data collection from your mobile device by uninstalling the App. Uninstallation stops the App from gathering new device data, yet it will not automatically remove personal information previously submitted to the Service Provider or shared with authorised third parties.

You are eligible to submit a deletion request for your personal data, subject to mandatory legal data retention obligations. Certain user-provided information may be essential to maintain normal App functionality and cannot be fully removed.
This App is not designed for users under the age of 16, or the higher minimum age threshold specified by local applicable laws. The Service Provider never intentionally collects personal data from minors or targets promotional materials toward underage users.
In jurisdictions where parental or guardian approval is legally required for minor users, the App may not be used without such authorisation. We do not actively gather identifiable personal information from users under 16 in violation of local privacy regulations. Should we discover a minor has submitted personal data to our servers, we will delete all related records without delay. If you are a parent or legal guardian and learn your child has shared personal information with us, please email taiyuanbi31@gmail.com so we can complete corresponding data removal procedures.

If local laws demand prior user approval for substantial policy adjustments, we will obtain your consent before updated terms take effect.

If data processing activities rely on your consent as the legal basis, your consent is confirmed when you actively select to enable relevant features or complete specified actions within the App. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and such withdrawal will not affect the legality of data processing completed prior to revocation.
