このプライバシーポリシーは、Light App Factory（以下「サービスプロバイダー」といいます）が広告サポートサービスとして作成したモバイルデバイス向けアプリ（以下「本アプリケーション」といいます）に適用されます。本サービスは、「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリケーションは、お客様がダウンロードして利用する際に情報を収集します。この情報には、以下のものが含まれる場合があります。
お客様のデバイスのインターネットプロトコルアドレス（例：IPアドレス）
お客様が訪問した本アプリケーションのページ、訪問日時、それらのページでの滞在時間
本アプリケーションでの滞在時間

本アプリケーションは、お客様のモバイルデバイスの正確な位置情報を収集しません。
サービスプロバイダーは、お客様から提供された情報を使用して、お客様に重要な情報、必要な通知、およびマーケティングプロモーションを提供するために、随時お客様に連絡する場合があります。
より良い体験を提供するため、本アプリケーションの使用中、サービスプロバイダーは、lightappfactory@gmail.com を含むがこれに限定されない、特定の個人を特定できる情報の提供を要求する場合があります。サービスプロバイダーが要求する情報は、サービスプロバイダーによって保持され、このプライバシーポリシーに記載されているとおりに使用されます。

オプトアウトの権利
本アプリケーションをアンインストールすることで、本アプリケーションによる情報の収集を簡単に停止できます。モバイルデバイスに搭載されている標準のアンインストールプロセス、またはモバイルアプリケーションマーケットプレイスやネットワークを通じて提供されるアンインストールプロセスをご利用いただけます。
データ保持ポリシー
サービスプロバイダーは、お客様が本アプリケーションを利用している間、およびその後合理的な期間、ユーザー提供データを保持します。本アプリケーションを通じてお客様が提供したユーザー提供データの削除をご希望の場合は、lightappfactory@gmail.com までご連絡ください。サービスプロバイダーは合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
子供
サービスプロバイダーは、本アプリケーションを使用して、13歳未満の子供から故意にデータを要求したり、マーケティングを行ったりすることはありません。
本アプリケーションは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。サービスプロバイダーは、13歳未満の子供から個人を特定できる情報を故意に収集することはありません。サービスプロバイダーが13歳未満の子供が個人情報を提供したことを発見した場合、サービスプロバイダーは直ちにこれをサーバーから削除します。お客様が親または保護者であり、お子様がサービスプロバイダーに個人情報を提供したことをご存知の場合は、サービスプロバイダー（lightappfactory@gmail.com）にご連絡ください。必要な措置を講じることができます。
セキュリティ
サービスプロバイダーは、お客様の情報の機密性を保護することに配慮しています。サービスプロバイダーは、サービスプロバイダーが処理および維持する情報を保護するために、物理的、電子的、および手続き的な保護措置を講じています。
変更
このプライバシーポリシーは、理由の如何を問わず、随時更新される場合があります。サービスプロバイダーは、このページに新しいプライバシーポリシーを掲載することにより、プライバシーポリシーの変更をお客様に通知します。継続して利用される場合は、すべての変更に同意したものとみなされますので、このプライバシーポリシーを定期的に参照することをお勧めします。

お客様の同意
本アプリケーションを利用することにより、お客様は、このプライバシーポリシーに定められている、および当社によって修正されるお客様の情報の処理に同意するものとします。

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Color Perception Training Game app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Light App Factory (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages. The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device. The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to lightappfactory@gmail.com. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at lightappfactory@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (lightappfactory@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
