This Privacy Policy describes how Finger Pressure ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
By downloading and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Game Center Profile: When you sign in with Game Center, we access your Game Center player ID and alias to enable leaderboards and achievements. This information is provided by Apple and does not include your real name unless you've configured Game Center to display it.
Leaderboard Names: When you achieve a top score, you may enter a name to appear on the local leaderboard. This name is stored locally on your device only.
Game Statistics: We collect and store the following gameplay data locally on your device:
High scores
Games played count
Games won count
Power-ups collected
Survival times
Play dates for consecutive day tracking
Advertising Identifier (IDFA): With your permission (via App Tracking Transparency), we may collect your device's advertising identifier to show you personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.
Device Information: The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect certain device information, including:
Device model and operating system version
Device identifiers
IP address
General location information (country level)
App usage data related to ad performance
When you use Game Center features, Apple collects and processes data according to Apple's Privacy Policy. This may include:
Player ID
Achievement progress
Leaderboard scores
Friends list (if you choose to connect with friends)

This data remains on your device unless you delete the App or clear its data.
Achievement and leaderboard data submitted to Game Center is stored by Apple according to their data retention policies.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and use data to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. This includes:
Device identifiers
IP address
Usage data
Advertising identifier (with your permission)

We integrate with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Apple processes this data according to their Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
We use Apple's SKAdNetwork framework to measure ad campaign effectiveness while preserving user privacy. SKAdNetwork provides aggregated, anonymized data to advertisers without sharing individual user information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for their marketing purposes.
When you first use the App, you'll be asked whether you want to allow tracking for personalized advertising. You can:
Allow: Receive personalized ads based on your activity
Ask App Not to Track: Receive contextual ads that are not personalized
You can change this setting at any time:
Open Settings on your device
Scroll down and tap "Finger Pressure"
Toggle "Allow Tracking" on or off
You can control your Game Center participation by:
Signing out of Game Center in device Settings
Managing your Game Center privacy settings in Settings > Game Center
Even if you allow tracking in our App, you can limit ad tracking device-wide:
Open Settings
Tap Privacy & Security
Tap Tracking
Toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete the information.
For users in the European Union, the minimum age is 16, or the applicable age in your country.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored in the App:
Game data is stored securely on your device
Network communications use encryption where available
We do not store personal information on our servers
Third-party services (AdMob, Game Center) use industry-standard security measures
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App may be used in countries around the world. When you use Game Center or view advertisements, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

To delete your data:
Local Game Data: Delete the App from your device. This removes all locally stored data including scores, statistics, and preferences.
Game Center Data: Manage through Game Center settings on your device or by contacting Apple Support.
Advertising Data: Managed by Google according to their retention policies. You can visit https://myaccount.google.com/ to manage Google data.
App Tracking Transparency: This app complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and will request permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites.
COPPA: This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
