Light and Dust ("we," "us," or "our") built the Kid Activities Finder app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Light and Dust and is intended for use "as is."

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service. By using Kid Activities Finder, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information.

• Location Data: To find events near you, you may enter a US city or ZIP code. We use this information strictly to fetch relevant local activities. 

• Calendar Access: Our app allows you to add events directly to your device’s calendar. To do this, the app requires write-access to your calendar. We do not read, store, or transmit your existing personal calendar events to our servers.

• Saved Events: Events you save to your personal list are stored locally on your device.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer Free and Premium plans. All subscription purchases and transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information. Your subscription status is linked to your Google Play account to grant you access to premium features (up to 50 searches per month).

3. Third-Party Services and APIs

Kid Activities Finder aggregates data from multiple sources to provide event listings. When you search for events, your search queries (such as ZIP code and category filters) may be sent to third-party services to retrieve results. These services include:

• Google Events API

• Ticketmaster API

• Google Play Services (for app performance, analytics, and billing)

These third-party providers have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they use such information.

4. Log Data and Analytics

Whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

5. Children’s Privacy

While Kid Activities Finder is designed to find family-friendly and children's activities, the Service itself is intended to be used by parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
