LumaMeter Pro ("the App") is provided by Herediapps ("we", "us", or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how LumaMeter Pro accesses, uses, and may share information when you use the App.

2. What LumaMeter Pro does
LumaMeter Pro is a photography utility app that measures light using the device camera and provides exposure recommendations such as ISO, aperture, and shutter speed.
The App may also include:
- a free version with advertising
- an optional in-app purchase to unlock Pro features
- language and settings preferences stored on the device
3. Data we access or process
a) Camera access
The App uses the device camera to measure scene brightness and estimate light values.
We use camera access only to provide the core light metering functionality of the App.
We do not use the camera to identify you.
b) Device-stored preferences
The App stores certain settings locally on your device, such as:
- selected language
- Pro unlock status
- debug/tool visibility preferences
- saved camera profiles and selected camera model
- calibration settings
These settings are used only to make the App function correctly and to preserve your preferences.
c) In-app purchases
If you purchase or restore the Pro version, Google Play Billing is used to process the transaction.
We do not receive or store your full payment card information. Payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
d) Advertising
The free version of the App may display ads through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
These third-party services may collect or process certain data, such as:
- advertising identifiers
- device and app interaction information
- approximate diagnostics or performance data
- information needed to deliver, personalize, measure, or prevent fraud in ads

4. Data we do not intentionally collect directly
We do not intentionally collect directly from you:

- your email address through the App itself
- account registration data
- messages or chat content
- precise location for sharing with other users
- photos or videos for storage on our servers
The App does not require you to create a user account to use its main features.

We use accessed or processed information only to:
- provide light measurement and exposure recommendations
- save your settings and camera profiles locally
- enable and restore Pro functionality
- show ads in the free version
- maintain app functionality, security, and performance
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
However, some data may be processed or shared by third-party service providers that are necessary to operate parts of the App, including:
- Google Play Billing, for purchases and purchase restoration
- Google AdMob or other Google mobile advertising services, for ad delivery and measurement
- other Google or platform services required for app distribution, security, and diagnostics
These third parties may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
7. Data retention
Most settings used by LumaMeter Pro are stored locally on your device and remain there until:
- you delete them inside the App
- you clear app data
- you uninstall the App
Data processed by third-party services such as Google Play Billing or Google AdMob is retained according to those services’ own policies.
8. Children
LumaMeter Pro is a general photography utility app and is not designed specifically for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the App.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to reduce privacy and security risks in the App.
However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or third-party processing can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
10. Your choices
Depending on your device and platform, you may be able to:
- deny camera permission, although core metering features may not work without it
- reset or clear local app data on your device
- uninstall the App
- manage advertising preferences through your Google/device settings where available
11. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services, including Google services, to provide advertising, billing, app distribution, and related functionality.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their privacy policies and terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the “Effective date” above.
