LIGAO CITY DFSSLG PRESIDENT FOR SY 2026-2027
Darlene Jane Cenita, President of the LNHS Supreme Secondary Learners Government (SSLG), has been elected as PRESIDENT of the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learners Government for School Year 2026-2027 in the Schools Division of Ligao City.
Guided by LNHS-SSLG’s mantra “Empowering excellence, Inspiring change,” she will advance the vision of sustainability, empowerment, and genuine service for all Ligaoeños at the division level.
OUTSTANDING CLUB FOR UNESCO - SOCIAL SCIENCE CATEGORY
The Ligao National High School Supreme - Secondary Learner Government, a re-accredited UNESCO Club for 2025, proudly participated in the International Assembly of Youth for UNESCO 2025 held on November 21-23, 2025, at Forest Crest Nature Hotel and Resort, Nasugbu, Batangas.
A recipient of the Outstanding Club for UNESCO award in the Social and Human Science Category, LNHS-SSLG promises to continue to empower excellence and inspire change.

BEST PERFORMING YOUTH ORGANIZATION
LNHS-SSLG was awarded by the City Government of Ligao through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) as one of the two recipients of the BEST PERFORMING YOUTH ORGANIZATION 2024 AWARD during the Youth Night 2024 held at Ligao City Pavillion today, December 18,2024.
The LYDO has recognized LNHS-SSLG’s exemplary performance, unwavering dedication, and contributions toward the advancement of the goals and initiatives of the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) and the City Government of Ligao.

Out of 35 Outstanding Clubs for UNESCO for 2024 in the High School and College Level, the NCBUCP Awards Committee has unanimously approved the 5 shortlisted Clubs that rank 1 in the categories of Education, Culture, Science & Technology, Information & Communication, and Science & Technology.
