LiftPilot: Train Together Privacy Policy

LiftPilot: Train Together ("we", "our", or "us") collects and uses your data to provide fitness tracking services.

Information we collect:

• Name

• Email address

• Workout data (progress, body weight, body fat)

• Progress photos (if uploaded)

We use this data to:

• Provide app functionality

• Track workouts and progress

• Manage accounts

We do NOT sell your data.

We use secure services including Firebase and Google Play.

Data Retention

LiftPilot stores user data only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, improve services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Account information is retained while the user account remains active.

Workout history, progress photos, wellbeing check-ins, and related fitness data are stored until the user deletes their account or requests data removal.

Support messages and coaching submissions may be retained for up to 12 months for support and service improvement purposes.

Subscription and payment processing are securely handled by Google Play services. 

Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting: liftpilot@outlook.com

After deletion requests are processed, user data is permanently removed from active systems within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
