The collected data is used solely to provide core app functionality, including user authentication, fitness tracking, and coach–athlete interaction within the app.
Data Storage and Security
All user data is securely stored on Firebase Firestore and protected using server-side security rules. Data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS protocols.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

LiftMetric does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is intended for fitness and performance tracking purposes only.
Users can delete their LiftMetric account at any time directly from the app.
How to delete your account:
Open the LiftMetric app
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap Delete Account and confirm
When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
User profile information
Training data
Subscription status
Payment records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
If you cannot access the app, you can request the deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting our support email.
